Who are you?

We are an SEC audited Registered Investment Advisor. Anson Analytics, the investment manager for the Archalos Fund, has been in business since 2002.

What are the steps to setting up an Archalos account?

Start by completing the "Invest With Us" page. A member of our team will email the documents needed to open and fund your account at Schwab.

What is a Separately Managed Account (SMA)?

A separately managed account (SMA) is a professionally managed investment portfolio owned directly by you. Unlike a mutual fund or ETF, where your money is pooled with other investors, an SMA holds individual securities directly in your name.

How will this investment make money?

The appreciation in value of the underlying securities, in addition to dividend income, drives the overall value of this investment.

What key characteristics do you look for in a company?

We look for strength of culture and character, operating excellence, strategic and competitive market position, and financial strength.

What is the minimum investment?

The Archalos Abridged Portfolio (75% of holdings) requires a minimum of $10,000. The Full Portfolio (100% of holdings) requires a minimum of $50,000.

What is your fee?

We charge a 1% annual fee.

How liquid is this investment?

This investment is very liquid, with proceeds from a sell order available in only one or two days.

Can I use this with an IRA?

The strategy may be used with an IRA account but is not currently offered in a 401(k).

Where can I find an investment snapshot?

Each quarter, the Fund manager publishes a report including portfolio characteristics, statistics, top holdings, and performance.
